[description]This award recognizes the best architectural design of a new high or mid-rise condo suite (up to 800 SF) by an OHBA builder member. The suite must be part of a building that is 4+ storeys above grade. Entries from the stacked townhome unit (#5) are not eligible for this award.[/description]
